Grandhotel Mencey: Back to the 50s
Five of Blackstone´s departments have managed and organised a classic re-opening event for Grand Hotel Menceys. Production, casting, props, hair & make up.
40 actors have been sent back to the 50´s, when the hotel was opened for the first time. Santa Cruz de Tenerife. With a quick peek back in time and a vision of the future, the Grand Hotel Mencey opened after nearly a year of restoration. On behalf of the Iberostar Hotel Group, JFT Communications had planned the event and chose BFC to join them and take over all actor's roles and art department.
With over 40 professional actors, dressed in original 50´s style outfits and perfect hair & makeup, the hotel went on a journey back in time and thrilled more than 600 VIP guests attending that evening. Special thanks again to the whole crew for their excellent work.
