The Canary Islands have a special tax band within the EU region. You will find that the local tax numbers are not in the EU VAT number system. For the Canaries 7% IGIC applies for local taxes (a higher rate is applied on all car rental and hotel services). As part of our production agreement all services, including hotel / accommodation are billed through us without VAT.
